At Design Radix, we sell custom digital products and services including Vector Graphics (.AI, .EPS) and Embroidery Digitizing (.DST, .EMB). Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once the digital files are delivered to your email or via download link, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Revisions
If the design or digitizing file does not work perfectly on your machine, we offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days
