Welcome to Design Radix. By paying our invoices or using our design services, you agree to the following terms
(1) Services Provided:
We provide digital graphic design, vector conversion, and embroidery digitizing files. No physical products are shipped through this store.
(2) Payment Terms:
Payments are collected securely via our payment partners (Lemon Squeezy). Work will begin or final files will be released only after the invoice payment is successfully processed.
(3) Intellectual Property:
Once full payment is received, the client owns the full rights to use the delivered custom designs for personal or commercial embroidery/printing.
(4) Delivery Time:
Standard turnaround time for custom digitizing or vector work is 24 to 48 hours unless specified otherwise.
